Annual Fund Raising Event -- October 2011 Representatives for the Centerville Fire Department will be going door to door throughout the City of Centerville seeking $40 donations from citizens for the department. Citizens that donate will receive a certificate for a free 10x13 family portrait. Photo shoots will be taken at the fire department on a predetermined date. |

| The department now has the brush truck in service and operational. This vehicle responds to grass/woods fires (rough terrain) as a quick response unit to those types of fires. |
Centerville Fire Department will be conducting boot drives to help raise money for the MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association) throughout the summer at various locations in the City, including the Galleria Mall and a few intersections. Update: Centerville Firefighters raised $6,500 for MDA this year. Thanks for all of the donations collected during the boot drives! |
